About Us

Metalicity is focussed on delivering value to shareholders through the development of high-quality mineral assets in Western Australia, specifically gold-focused projects.

The Company's flagship Project, the Kookynie Gold Project, is an exciting, underexplored area of which the Company intends to develop to deliver value. The Farm-In agreement is an excellent pathway to earn-in, into this Project as it allows the Company to spend money on the ground.

Recently, Metalicity has secured exploration licence applications in the Paterson Province of northwest , through to the Musgrave Area and the Fraser Range, Western Australia, which is rapidly growing into one of the most prolific regions of the world. The Company is also actively assessing more advanced project opportunities in the copper and base metals area.

KOOKYNIE AND YUNDAMINDRA PROJECTS

Through a Farm-In Agreement with Nex Metals Explorations Ltd, Metalicity gains access to the prolific Kookynie and Yundamindra Gold districts in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia.

Kookynie:
  • Hosts cica 50koz of pre-JORC 2012 Mineral Resources - historic production is circa 360koz of Gold.
  • Excellent Exploration upside in current resources and additional lines of mineralisation.
  • Kookynie has not been subject to any intense exploration over the last 25 years.
  • Initial work is to drill and extend/upgrade six current resource targets to JORC 2012 compliancy.

Yundamindra:

  • Significant mineralisation identified at Queen of Poland, Landed at Last and Pennyweight Point.
  • Laminated quartz vein with fine visible gold identified during due-diligence at Queen of May workings.

The Plan:

  • Metalicity, as part of the Farm-In, to initially spend $500,000 within 12 months.
  • A total of $5 million spend within and up to 5 years to earn 51% of the Projects inclusive of the initial spend and time duration - at this point, a joint venture is formed between the parties.
  • Excellent mining jurisdiction and infrastructure.
  • Seek to develop a significant resource and reserve base from which to build a sustainable mining operation.

Paterson- Musgrave- North Fraser Range Projects

Building a significant gold, copper and nickel portfolio of Projects in highly prospective belts within Western Australia.

  • Approximately 2,600 km2 in the Paterson through to the Musgrave Province, and in the Fraser Range complexes.
  • Strong leverage to base metals and high growth battery metals sectors.

Fraser Range North:

  • High tenure coincident magnetic and gravity highs, confirmed layered mafic with visible chalcopyrite and anomlaous copper values in assays.

Warburton (Musgraves):

  • A large sediment hosted horizon spanning some 80 kilometres of strike extent controlled by the same gravity structure as the Nifty-Cu belt in the north Paterson.

Pandora (Musgraves):

  • Historical work yielded highly anomalous but sub-economic Cu and Ni mineralisation.

Mandora (Paterson)

  • Host to the Waukarlycarly Fault within the El Paso mineralised trend hosting the Rio Tinto Winu discovery.
