About Us

Metalicity is fast tracking exploration and development of its battery metals projects (lithium, cobalt, graphite) covering over 500 square kilometres in world-class lithium and cobalt districts of Western Australia.

In May, Metalicity reached an agreement with Kimberley Mining Limited (to be listed on the TSX-V) on the terms for the sale and purchase of the Company’s base metal (zinc) projects - including Admiral Bay, Napier Range and Emanuel Range - in exchange for C$32.5M cash and shares. By holding approximately 40% of the expanded capital of Kimberley Mining, Metalicity will retain exposure to the upside without the associated risks and financial requirements.
