PROJECT OVERVIEW

Kookynie & Yundamindra Gold Projects

The Kookynie Gold Project lies approximately 180 km north of Kalgoorlie, 50 kms south of Leonora and approximately 25 kms from the bitumen Goldfields Highway linking Kalgoorlie to Leonora in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia.

The Yundamindra Gold Project is located 65 kms south east of Leonora and 65 kms east of Kookynie.

The centerpiece is the historical Cosmopolitan Gold Mine within the Kookynie Gold Project. From 1896 to 1922, this gold mine produced 360,000 ounces at an average head grade of 15 g/t Au.

Metalicity has entered into a farm-in arrangement with Nex Metals to earn into both the Kookynie and Yundamindra Gold Projects.

Mt Surprise Project

The Mount Surprise project covers a large area approximately 165km from the city of Cairns, Queensland and 57 km northeast of the town of Mt Surprise.
Previous assays and field work undertaken on the tenure, although only in its infancy, shows very encouraging signs for the prospectivity of this ground with results of up to 3.5% lithium. Additional soil sample assay results strongly indicate an increase to the prospective exploration area for copper, cobalt and base metal mineralisation.

Georgetown Project

The Georgetown Project is located 20km east and south from Georgetown and approximately 75km southeast from Metalicity’s Mt Surprise Project. The Georgetown Project covers an extensive area and a wide range of prospective lithologies including the Forsayth Supersuite of S-Type granites, White Springs Granodiorite, Einasleigh Metamorphics as well as numerous other intrusives including mapped and exposed pegmatites, volcanic and non-volcanic metasediments. The regional area of the Georgetown Project is a highly mineralised and structurally favourable system.

Kimberley Mining Australia Ltd

Metalicity Ltd retains a 81.1% shareholding of Kimberley Mining which holds the 170mt @ 7.5% Zneq Mineral Resource at Admiral Bay.
